Billing Support: For issues with failed payments, billing, refund requests, payment options, etc… please reach out to CustomerService@mauricekenny.com

Program Support: If you are a customer and need support with your product/service reach out to your assigned coach via slack or post your question in our private VIP Trader Chat room so that someone from the team may reach out to you for assistance.

General Enquiries: Send an email to mk@mauricekenny.com or text support at (832) 737 - 0080. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. We respond to customers first. so please allow 24-74 hours for a response. Keep in mind we do not provide free consulting (trading-related questions) via email so those questions will not be answered due to the large number of technical questions we receive.
